Terms of Service
Last updated October 1, 2026
These terms govern your use of pixeloopstudios.com (the "Site"), operated by Pixeloop Studios ("Pixeloop", "we", "us"). By using the Site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Use of the Site
You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse it, attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or submit false or harmful content through our forms.
No client relationship until we agree in writing
Submitting a project inquiry does not create a contract or obligate either party. Any engagement is governed by a separate written agreement that describes scope, fees, timelines and ownership of work.
Intellectual property
The Site, including its text, design, illustrations, code and branding, is owned by Pixeloop or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify or redistribute it without our written permission. Third-party names and logos shown on the Site belong to their respective owners.
Third-party links and services
The Site may link to third-party websites or services (such as app stores or social networks). We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.
No warranties
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pixeloop will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
We may update the Site and these terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Pixeloop Studios is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction unless applicable law requires otherwise.
